📋 Terms & Conditions

Dancing Hibachi Liability Waiver: Dancing Hibachi LLC, its agents, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any property damage occurring on the host's premises during the event. Host waives all claims for property loss or damage arising from any cause related to the event.

❄️ Cancellation & Weather Policy

72 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling, In case of rain, host must provide covered area for chef to cook (tent, patio, garage). Host is responsible for weather-related cancellations within 48 hours of event.

🚗 Travel Fee Policy

Locations beyond 25 miles require additional travel fee. A booking manager will confirm if your city requires travel fee. Fee is per chef.
